Expect to participate in a dynamic and ambitious community seeking to generate and capture value in the defense technology industry.

As any good operator or investor knows, it’s all about the network, community, and relationships built on performance and trust. This will be the best forum you’ll ever encounter for access to peers and luminaries in the space.

Programmed days include topical sessions in the morning, followed by recreational ranch activities in the afternoon.

Upon arrival at the Bozeman Airport on Sunday, everything (rooms, activities, food and drinks, and transportation to/from the Bozeman Airport) is included in registration price.

Guests are responsible for their own travel to the Bozeman airport, and we’ll take it from there.

Please arrive on Sunday, October 5th, 2025, ideally in the afternoon (before 5:00 pm). Transportation shuttles will be provided from the Bozeman airport to the event venue.

The first event is an arrival Happy Hour on the 5th. The Happy Hour kicks off at ~5:00 p.m. with dinner to follow.

The final event is breakfast at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8th, and folks are welcome to depart following breakfast. There will be transportation shuttles to the Bozeman airport.

All meals and lodging will be provided from the evening of Sunday, October 5th (arrival day) through breakfast on Wednesday, October 8th (departure day). The Boon Team is thrilled to share event-specific cocktails reflecting on the nature of national security technology, and plenty of snacks, beverages, and other consumables will be ready at hand.
